Cancellation Policy

For all services we require 3 Days notice for cancellation on holidays and long weekends and 2 Days notice non holiday/long weekends. If you fail to comply with these terms you will be responsible to pay for your full original booked stay/service.  For our boarding clients arriving earlier then originally stated day of pickup  without a minimum 24 hours notice you will still be charged your original booked stay. We will require 48 hours for Holidays and Long weekends. No exceptions!
